Convention Volunteers Needed

The Utah Republican Party Organizing Convention on May 17th is fast approaching, and its success depends on dedicated volunteers like you! This is your chance to support the party, connect with Republican leaders, and ensure a seamless, impactful event at the UCCU Center at Utah Valley University.

How You Can Help:
We need volunteers for the following shifts at the UCCU Center at UVU:

Friday, May 16th:

• 15 Volunteers for Setup: 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM (May involve physical tasks)

Saturday, May 17th:

• 80 Volunteers for Credentialing: 6:30 AM - 11:00 AM
• 30 Floating Volunteers (Morning Shift): 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM
• 30 Floating Volunteers (Afternoon Shift): 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 25 Floating/Load-Out Volunteers (Evening Shift): 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM 
  (Must be able to pack up and lout out supplies at the end of convention)
• 60 Elections Volunteers: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Must be able to walk stairs, carry a ballot box, and count ballots)
