Voting & Participation

Under the direction of Chairman Robert Axson, all voting will be conducted using paper ballots this year. Please bring a pen with you to complete your ballot. Delegates must also bring a valid Utah driver license to complete the credentialing process at the convention.

If you are unable to attend the convention, it is your responsibility to contact your precinct chair or county party leadership as soon as possible so that an alternate can be appointed in accordance with rules and procedures. All delegate changes must be submitted no later than Friday, May 9th, at 5:00 p.m.

The full schedule and agenda for the day will be released in the official “Call to Convention” email, which will be sent two weeks before the event.

Booths for Candidates, Nonprofits, and Vendors

Delegates will have the opportunity to visit with candidates, elected officials, and community organizations at the Booth Expo, located throughout the UCCU Center before the General Session begins.

In addition to candidates, we invite nonprofits, advocacy groups, and businesses to apply to host a booth space. This is a great way to connect with delegates and community leaders to share your message, products, and services.

Please click below to learn more about the Booth Expo if you'd like to host a booth. On the following page you can reserve a spot by signing the Booth Rental Agreement & paying the refundable security deposit. The Booth Draw will be conducted on Monday, April 21st at 6pm over Zoom to enable booth exhibitors to choose their preferred locations at the Booth Expo.
