2026 Booth Deposit
Booth Security Deposit: $300 This refundable deposit is required for all state convention exhibitors. To qualify for a full refund, exhibitors must:

Adhere to all convention rules and safety regulations.

Maintain the integrity of the assigned booth space.

Clear and clean the area of all materials, trash, and debris upon move-out.

BOOTH RENTAL AND RULES INFO
- Booth space will be drawn by lottery on April 6, 2026.
- Booth exhibitors must sign the UTGOP Booth Rental Agreement.
- Booth space must be rented from the UTGOP; and the space cannot be sublet.
- Booth details:
- Nothing can be affixed to surfaces of the facility.
- Decorative materials must be flame-proof.
- Projections (electronically projected images) are allowed only on surfaces directly above or in the back of your booth.
- Your booth may not impede or block foot traffic.
- Exhibitors may not aggressively engage or harass delegates, convention guests, or UTGOP officials.
- UTGOP may control volume for audio/video coming from a booth.
- Food: Anyone wanting to distribute food for their campaigns must clear it with the UCCU Center first.

Items Not Allowed (inside or outside):
- Helium balloons
- Confetti
- Glitter
- Hay/Straw
- Flammable crepe paper & tissue paper decor
- Drones
- Any flammable materials
- Animals (except service animals)
- There are some restrictions on printed materials, please see below.
DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS
- Disclosure required: Your name/Organization’s name and a valid phone number must be clearly printed on the material. Materials may be removed without this disclosure.

Areas Not Allowed to distribute materials:
- Main Convention Hall & any area where voting occurs (including break-out session rooms), •
- Within 10 feet of credentialing/registration or balloting,
- Where it impedes the flow of traffic -- near doors, in walkways, on stairs, etc.,
- Content Not Allowed: Material which is deemed to be indecent, obscene, or immoral, including nudity and graphic obscenities. Such material shall be removed.
- Clean Up Responsibility: Anyone distributing materials at Convention is responsible to remove their materials after the convention.
