2025 Organizing Convention Agenda
Convention Morning Overview
7:30 a.m. – Registration and Credentialing Opens (West Court)
Credentialing & non-delegate registration is located just inside the main entrance of the UCCU Center. You must bring a driver's license or other government-issued photo ID to receive your credential. Only credentialed delegates will be permitted to vote, and non-delegates will not be permitted entrance without prior registration.
7:30 a.m. – Booths Open (East Court)
Delegates and guests are encouraged to peruse our 30+ booths before the main Convention meeting begins. All four candidates running for party leadership have a booth, most of our congressional delegation and statewide elected officials, and other Republican-supporting groups. This is a great opportunity to connect with the candidates and your elected officials!
8:00 a.m. – RNC Trainings
Join RNC State Party Strategy members for County Party Leadership and Grassroots Communications trainings in the North Presidential Suite to learn new skills to build the party and expand the influence of our platform through better organization.
10:30 a.m. – General Session Begins
In the General Session, delegates will vote for a Party Chair and Secretary, and the uncontested candidates for Vice Chair and Treasurer will be voted in by acclamation. Delegates may also vote on several proposed party business items (constitutional amendments, resolutions, etc.). We’ll also hear from our congressional delegation, statewide elected officials, and other Republican leaders.
