    Message from the Chairman:

Our form of government is not perfect, but it is divinely inspired. It recognizes that freedom is best protected when authority is balanced, when accountability is clear, and when decisions are made by those elected to serve. This structure allows individuals, families, and communities to thrive under the protection of law and the blessing of liberty.

  • Protecting Utah’s Representative Government

    Fellow Utahns,

Utah’s system of representative government—where the people elect those who make decisions on their behalf—is under attack. Unelected activist efforts are working to take redistricting power away from your elected legislators and place it in the hands of unelected commissions and the courts. If successful, Utahns would lose one of the most fundamental principles of our Republic: that those who make our laws must answer to the voters who elect them.

  • October Update

    Message from the Chairman:

In moments of darkness, we must stand firm in the light of truth. The recent assassination of Charlie Kirk and the murder of faithful Saints remind us why our voice and our values matter.

For Republicans, freedom, responsibility, limited government, and strong families are not slogans—they are guiding truths. They shape communities, inspire service, and strengthen the state we love.

Ultimately life is meant for us to be engaged in being good and decent while boldly defending truth. Political engagement must be forum for that pursuit.

To the rising generation: we need your energy and conviction. Step forward. Lead boldly. Live your values. And make all of us better with your friendship.

Together, we can drive out darkness with light, and build a future worthy of the sacrifices of those before us.

    Sincerely,

    Robert Axson

  • Utah Congressional Map Under Attack

We are in a critical fight for Utah's congressional representation, and the deadline to act is rapidly approaching.

A Utah judge has invalidated our congressional maps, and the clock is ticking for the legislature to draw new ones. Outside groups are seizing this opportunity for a "blue takeover" that would fundamentally change Utah’s voice in Washington.

  • September Update

Message from the Chairman: Defending Our Constitutional Republic & Utah’s Constitution

On August 26, Judge Dianna Gibson wrongly struck down Utah’s congressional map. Her ruling twists the law, ignores our constitution, and hands power to unelected judges over the people’s representatives.

  • August Update

    Local Action, Lasting Impact

Big changes rarely begin in Washington—they start right here at home. Local elections may not always make national headlines, but they shape the communities we live in every single day. From school boards to city councils to county commissions, the decisions made at the local level directly impact our families, our freedoms, and our future.

  • Happy Independence Day!

Two hundred forty-nine years ago, on July 4th, 1776, our Founding Fathers declared independence from tyranny and laid the groundwork for the greatest nation the world has ever known. The United States of America was built on timeless principles—individual liberty, limited government, personal responsibility, and the God-given rights of every citizen.

  • Note from Thomas Wright, Chair of the 2025 Organizing Convention

    Dear Delegates,

Saturday’s Utah Republican State Convention at UVU was a tremendous success, and it’s because of you. With 2,650 delegates representing all 29 counties, your commitment to our shared principles and to the process itself made the day both memorable and meaningful.
